As We Prepare for Heaven Workshop

Join us in POH on Saturday May 11, 9AM-Noon, exploring important topics as we Prepare for Heaven. This Workshop will enable you to create your own plan as you would like it to be, and give the gift of pre-planning to your family. Each of us would like input into what we want as we approach the end of our life, and our loved ones need to know our wishes. Workshop topics include; insights into the important Sacraments, Health Care Directive completion, funeral Mass, funeral home and cemetery planning, creating a Catholic Estate Plan, and also information regarding the Guardian Angels Legacy Fund. We look forward to your attendance!
