Calling all Interested Seniors
Terry Quinn, Director of JOC, & his wife Lisa have six grandchildren & are over 55 years of age. We have some great “faith in action” opportunities and we invite you to come and bring others (like your friends & grandchildren). We especially want to pass down our faith to our grandchildren. You could be involved in these various projects, whatever works for you! Consider volunteering at Hope for the Journey Home with your friends & grandchildren aged 10 and older. Assisting with friends and family at the shelter serving evening meals or supervising overnights are a great way to live our faith. Together we can also go on outreach to other ministries like the Franciscan Brothers of Peace, write inmates with Prison Ministry, foreign missions, Marian visits to Our Lady of Guadalupe in LaCrosse/Champion. The Justice and Outreach Commission is also planning projects for grandparents and seniors who are in need of help with technology or other home projects.
