Lenten Retreat: A Morning of Prayer and Reflection

Posted by Father Joe Connelly on

Saturday, March 22 | Mass at 8:30 AM

As we continue our Lenten journey, we invite you to take a step back from the busyness of daily life and enter into a time of prayer and reflection at our Parish Lenten Retreat on Saturday, March 22.

Our morning will begin with Mass at 8:30 AM, followed by a guided meditation on the RIM (Relationship, Identity, Mission) model—a framework that helps us understand our call to discipleship. Through this reflection, we will explore how our relationship with Christ shapes our identity as beloved sons and daughters of God and moves us toward our mission in the world.

Leading this time of meditation and discussion will be Deacon Braun, Andy Watts, and Lukas Steffensmeier, who will share insights and practical ways to apply this model in our daily lives. Whether you are looking to deepen your Lenten devotion, renew your sense of purpose, or simply spend time in quiet reflection, this retreat offers a meaningful opportunity to encounter Christ.

We encourage all parishioners to attend and bring a friend! Please RSVP on our parish website or call the parish office to help us prepare for the morning.

Let us come together in prayer, reflection, and renewal as we prepare our hearts for the joy of Easter.

In Christ,

Fr.  Joe
